Noah responded to me on a Facebook post I made looking for someone to fix my furnace. I called Family Heating and Cooling and they came out charged me $100 to tell me my motor was bad and they couldnt get the part til Monday. After speaking with Noah he informed me that he HAS the part I need and can come out same day to fix it. I was beyond shocked how professional and efficient he was at solving the problem. He was able to kind of diagnose it from a few pictures and messages so when he got there he knew right that to do. Would HIGHLY recommend Noah for any HVAC needs. 10/10

Noah was amazing! I actually had him come out a few months ago in reference to my heater cycling off and on continuously. It would only run for like 9 minutes at a time max. Noah came out and determined that they installed way too powerful a system for my little house and that the shutdowns were from it overheating. He was able to turn down the gas a little bit and that actually solved the issue! I managed to get it to run continuously for over an hour afterward and haven't had an issue since! Noah is very knowledgeable and wants to teach you anything you're willing to learn! He didn't overcharge me and, actually, now I'm looking into how subscription service because I plan to make this my only call should I ever need assistance in the future! Highly recommended!!

I am in the trades myself, and in this world filled with people that don't know, or don't care what they are doing, Noah was an unbelievably pleasant change. I contacted Noah this morning as soon as my compressor stopped working at 8 o'clock. He was here by 1 o'clock and had me fixed and going in just a 1/2 hour. He was professional, he did the job quickly and he is honest. Thank you so much Noah.

I would highly recommend Noah, I recently had an issue with critters and Noah came out and used a camera to look into my exhaust from the incinerator and the boiler and reassured me there was nothing in my chimney.He went above and beyond my expectations as he was willing to go up in my loft above my garage and gave me several suggestions and how to rid my home of what I have now discovered as squirrels.I would highly recommend this company.

During a hot summer day we realized the air was out! After a phone call, Noah was quick to come out, assess and had us repaired and up and running in no time. We are looking forward to having some additional services done in the future months.
